Oh my Edward!!!!!!! We were officially onset today.
Lynds, Rhonda and Dana ( TwilightSiren ) had an amazing day!!!
Lynds and Rhonda were able to grab a quick bite in the crew tent - they eat pretty well at these movie things!!
And Then we were allowed to take official pictures while the Camera was rolling.

There were so many awesome fans there with us that braved the awful cold and rain and stuck it out the whole time! I can't wait to see all our pictures and stories from today! What a day!!

Wow wow wow!This was an unbelievable day!!
Lynds and I were invited to grab a bite to eat and sit in the crew tent.
They eat really good! We were able to sit with the very nice gals that are the real bus drivers! ( i'll post all about them too later! )
Now I will start off by saying that we kinda are crossing over into new territory here. The TMi's have become the official Twilight Mom representatives and press. We understand that that means we conduct ourselves to Lisa's standards at all time and that we represent each and everyone of us here! I never forget that!!
'While we were sitting there we got to see everyone. It was overwhelming to say the least!!
So, after lunch we were escorted to the set and allowed to snap a few pictures during the actual filming. If I could spontaneously combust - it would have happened then!! All I could do was grab lynds arm and grab it and grab it!!!
So, forgive me... I just watched the few seconds of video I got as I was snapping the pics - and well, its not the greatest! I held it up over my head to try and see better, ( I didnt think shoving the amazing crew working so very hard out of the way would go over well ) so believe me when you are yelling at the video to turn the camera down as I got a bit over their heads- I was yelling at myself the same thing!!
We saw them all get on a bus over at the kalama shoot last week - well this is where they were going. Some sort of Field trip to greenhouses. ( Biology perhaps? ) This is the scene where they get back on the bus.
It was fun to watch - even over and over - as Rob was cracking everyone up when the doors to the bus wouldnt open right.
It was amazing to watch Kristen Stewart in action. She seems to go thru this process before each take of getting herself ready. You can see the deep concentration going thru her mind of how she's planning it. She looks like a pitcher about to smash a fast ball at you. Kind of puffs her cheeks a bit and shakes her arms out and then bam - action is called and she's there delivering. Every single time.
We were able to sneak a peak at the veiwer ( a tv that shows whats filming ) and even hear some of the dialogue. Its an intense moment and both Kristen and Robert really are compelling to watch. You can't take your eyes off them.
I think I could watch a whole movie of just the two of them!
It was so much fun to see the group of extras that make up the biology class! They seem like they have a great comradery and have made great friends with each other. Its probably a good thing as they seem to be spending a lot of time stuck on the bus together. The bus drivers said they are a great group and most spend a lot of their time while waiting doing homework!
While the day progressed so did the weather. It is amazing to watch this crew work so efficiently and immobilize themselves to prepare the weather cover. Rain doesn't stop this crew! Bam they get it done too! And filming continues. Amazing to watch everyone do their jobs so well!
Everyone has their part. There is so much that goes into making a film that you could spend a week trying to just figure out what each person does. And each person is important in their part to fit all together in the big puzzle of it all!
Well, as we were leaving and they celebrated another tremendous day - I was able to say hello to Mike Newton! ( HI mike! Come chat with us here! )
And the best of all - I got to talk with Catherine Hardwicke. She is amazing.

The most amazing end of a most amazing day - getting to chat with Catherine about Twilight. She's awesome! So personable and fun and my whole impression of her is wow - this lady gets Twilight! Thank you Catherine for stopping and saying hello and signing my little sign and thank goodness Lynds was there cuz once again I can't remember a thing said! I was just so overwhelmed!

But simply amazing. I don't think the crew of Twilight had any idea how much this movie means to us fans.

I promise I (Lynds) will do a more lengthy report tomorrow. I was at the location, in the rain, cold, and hail most of the day and I am just beat right now. Believe me this was the best day ever and I want to give a better report then what I can give you now. In the meantime I will post my pics and some breif comments. Thanks to all of you for your support, all your positive supports helps us to get this inside information.

Robert and Kristen getting interviewed by MTV. They were reading all the questions submitted by the fans on the MTVmovie website. I could hear some of it, and I can tell you both Rob and Kristen were busting up laughting several times reading the questions. I think this interview is going to be awesome. The first instalment should be posted on MTV's site sometime next week.

The MTV movie guys Larry Carroll and his camera man (sorry I forgot your name). We had some good conversations while we waited for the hail to pass. These guys are great!

The biology extras goofing around for our cameras. Some of them were yelling, "hey Twilight Moms" We love you guys too!!!!
And the great, terrific, talented and beautiful Catherine Hardwicke. This lady is so nice. She said she wants everyone to feel like they are in love when they watch Twilight. Uh, couldn't have put it better. I officially love her. She did a Twilight pose just for us

I’m just going to add a bit to what Rhonda has already told you. When I arrived to the location only one other person was there. Turned out it was Kellbells with her daughter (TM are everywhere!). She wrote a lovely account of her morning too

We got to watch the biology students including the Cullens and Bella come out of the greenhouses. Since it was an inside shot you couldn’t see a whole lot of what was happening, but it is always fun just to see the actors interacting outside in between shots. After about 30 minutes the hugest storm came in, complete with huge chunks of hail pelting us. Kellbells and her daughter went to the car. I stayed out until I was soaked. I actually ran home and changed so I wouldn’t freeze to death. Luckily I only live a mile away.
When I came back the weather was better and the sun kind of peaked out. I noticed the MTV guys were setting up. Pretty soon Kristen Stewart came right over by us to do her interview with them. She seems really sweet and shy. She left and they brought Robert over to do an interview. Oh, boy I could hear his hot English accent as they discussed the crazy weather. Then they brought Kristen back and they did a long interview with the both of them where they answered the questions submitted by fans from the MTV site. I asked and he said they will likely divide the interview up and submit parts here and there. I was informed that the first part should be out next week (whooo hoooo, it’s gonna be good).
Soon after this the hail came back again with gusto. A few more fans had arrived by that time including the reporters for the Clackamas Print who do the school newspaper. They were really nice and got some great info and we hope to link their report to this site when it comes out. We all hid under a little roof together and started talking. Larry from MTV is a really cool guy and knows all about us Twilight Moms so it was a nice way to pass the time.
Then my buddy Rhonda arrived to join me. During all this time Larry (MTV) was discussing doing an interview with Taylor Lautner in a few minutes (yeah, can’t wait to see that either). They decided to break for lunch. We were invited by the publicist for the movie to have lunch with him. It was pretty amazing. The food was great and it was fun to be hangin’ with the cast in a relaxed environment. We had a great discussion over lunch with the publicist and hope to further our good relationship with Summit and this movie. As we were sitting there Taylor L. walked right up to our table to discuss something with the publicist and I nearly spit out my food. Oh my, he is a cutie-pie. All the teenage girls are going to have a hard time picking between Edward and Jacob for sure (for me there is no contest).
After lunch we were escorted to the set and allowed to take those great photos Rhonda has posted. It was amazing to be that close and see the acting and movie magic occurring right in front of you. I never realized just how much detail and preparation goes into making each tiny scene. It is so much work for everyone. It really makes me appreciate movies so much more.
I have to give a shout out to the crew of this movie. They are professional and extremely efficient. The whole movie making process is fascinating to watch (to an outsider at least). This movie is in really good hands. They just are baffled that we are so interested and want to stand in the rain and cold to watch (duh!!!).
Getting to watch the movie through the video viewer was also a dream come true. Oh, you could just taste the tension between Edward and Bella in this scene. I can’t wait to see how it looks in the final cut on the big screen. Hearing the dialog was great too. Yes, I got to hear Rob speak, it was quiet but I could defiantly hear the American accent and it was perfect, dead on fabulous.
To top off the day talking to Mike Welsh was fun. He is a really cute and sweet guy, very down to earth. Then we met Catherine. Oh my. She is such a nice lady. She is totally passionate about this movie. I love that she said she wants everyone to feel in love when they watch the film. But she was quick to add that it has lots of great action too. She was like “hey what other movie has vampire baseball? Nobody has seen that before.” True very true. She was so funny and just a normal (but extremely talented) lady. As she got into her SUV to pull away she turned around and said “hey, look guys” and she pulled an apple from off her seat and started laughing. Now that is cool.
Well, I know I have forgotten a bunch of stuff but I will revise if I remember anything really important. Hope you enjoy!!!!
