Ta-da! For the month of October, our featured vendor is one of our very own admins as well as an amazing artist - *gyspy wings* a.k.a. Georgia!

Many of you have already bought her unique and beautiful Twilight pendants (here), but if not, you might want to rethink that. All the cool kids have a Gypsy Wings pendant.

That's right, even the vampire fashionista, Alice! Those celebs know what is hip and I have a feeling Gypsy Wings will soon be all the rage!

Don't think you will ever make the trip to Forks and La Push? Or do you long for a token from that beautiful piece of heaven-on-earth to remember your trip by? Have no fear, Georgia is here! Now you can wear a one-of-a-kind piece of that enchanted Twilight land with you always. A treasure indeed!

Hello everyone! I am Georgia, the person behind Gypsy Wings.

I am mommy to 3 young boys Kayden, Jett, and Kael, and I am wife to Chad.

When the kids are in bed I like to stay up all night creating jewelry and doing other creative, artistic things. I love photography although I am still learning. My specialty is butterfly wing jewelry, but I also use other elements from nature, and I make Twilight inspired jewelry as well.

Ashley Greene, who plays Alice in the upcoming Twilight Movie was recently spotted wearing one of my butterfly wing creations! Several of the other actors in the movie also have butterfly wing necklaces that I made for them, as well as Stephenie Meyer and one of my favorite musical artists Jonatha Brooke (well, hers is still in the mail). It really makes me happy to see someone wear something that I put so much of myself into making!

I started making Twilight inspired Jewelry back in January after I received a number of requests from members of this site. And now 9 months later I am still getting requests for more! I am really excited to be Vendor of the Month for October, and I have been working away on some new items that I think everyone will love!

In September I was able to go on the TwilightMOMs Forks Trip and while I was there I spent some time in La Push. The beaches there are magnificent, and First Beach was no exception. I spent some time walking the beach and picking up stones and pebbles of all different colors. I brought them home and have turned them into simple, but beautiful jewelry that is a nice option for someone who wants something to remind them of their favorite books, but does not want to spend a lot of money or wear something that screams TWILIGHT!!!! LOL

I have a lot more to add to my shop, I have a tray of stones sitting in my kitchen waiting for the resin to fully cure... so I will be listing those in the next few days. I am also finishing up a La Push charm bracelet that has small stones from the beach, beach glass, and much much more. I am kinda in love with it... So I am going to have to really convince myself to list it and not keep it LOL. I am also hoping to have some more of the soldered glass pendants available soon. I will have some more "Be Safe" ones and a few others.

OME! I actually started crying when I saw the First Beach rocks with the hearts on them! I really miss that place!

ACK! I'm glad you have more coming, because in the little bit since I last posted, a bunch of stuff already sold out!

And...LaPush bracelet???? O..M..E... If you love the one you have, can you make another with just stones and beach glass? Or another, period?
